Clare Wang is a Professor of Accounting and Research Director for the Center of Ethics and Social Responsibility at the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado Boulder. Clare’s research examines the roles that legal, regulatory, and financial reporting regimes play in capital markets and corporate activities. She also studies emerging forms of disclosure such as corporate accountability reporting and social media platforms. Prior to devoting herself to academic research, Clare worked for Goldman Sachs in the investment banking division. She received both her B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
