Mobilising the innovation ecosystem to facilitate transformative climate action at COP30
Policymakers, business leaders, financiers, and changemakers were brought together to turn climate ambition into action at the two flagship forums: the Sustainable Innovation Forum and the Climate Implementation Summit.
The programme featured a dynamic range of partner-hosted events, from high-level dialogues and workshops to roundtables, networking sessions, and dinners hosted by leading organisations.
Partners showcased their expertise, built influence, and engaged directly with senior policymakers, business leaders, and investors through high-impact partnership opportunities across our flagship forums, exhibition, and turnkey event spaces for curated networking.
The Heart of Climate Action at COP30
In its 5th year, the Climate Action Innovation Zone became the place where ambition turned into implementation. Over 4,000 global leaders from business, finance, government, and civil society gathered to accelerate solutions that delivered real-world impact.

Innovation Zone participants did not require Blue or Green Zone accreditation.

Please note: The Innovation Zone operated its own independent registration system and was not linked to the COP30 Blue & Green Zones. The Innovation Zone accreditation did not grant access to, nor facilitate entry into, the Blue or Green Zones.

In its 16th annual edition, the Sustainable Innovation Forum united 1,000 global climate leaders to accelerate the innovations, partnerships, and finance needed to meet the moment. With a clear mission to support COP30’s core objectives of climate justice, nature-based solutions, and a just, inclusive transition, the Forum catalysed cross-sector collaboration and showcased actionable solutions that could be rapidly scaled. By aligning business leadership with global climate goals, the 2025 Forum helped support COP30 in Belém and turned ambition into tangible progress for a sustainable, resilient future.
The Climate Implementation Summit, organised by Instituto Clima e Sociedade (iCS) and Converge Capital in collaboration with Climate Action, was the principal private sector event aligned with the Presidency’s Action Agenda. Held immediately after the World Leaders’ Summit, the high-level gathering brought together business leaders and key COP30 stakeholders to showcase transformative real-world solutions that have positively shifted the trajectory of climate action. The flagship event marked a significant moment in advancing private sector engagement ahead of the COP30 negotiations in Belém.
