Government/NGO Pass Application

Eligibility Criteria: The Government/NGO pass is designed for senior government, regulatory, multilateral, NGO, civil society, and policy leaders with direct influence over climate, sustainable finance, investment, regulation, standards, reporting frameworks, and transition programmes. Applicants should hold clear decision-making, policy-shaping, institutional, or programme leadership responsibilities relevant to the Forum’s objectives. 

• Government, policy and regulatory leaders at national, subnational, regional, city, municipal and local authority levels, including ministers, dignitaries, diplomats, elected officials, policymakers, regulators and director-level public-sector representatives.
• Leaders responsible for policy and market frameworks, including regulation, standards, taxonomies, disclosure requirements, reporting frameworks and market guidance.
• Senior representatives from multilateral and international institutions, including multilateral development banks, intergovernmental organisations and United Nations agencies.
• Executive and director-level leaders from NGOs and civil society, including foundations, think tanks and advocacy organisations.
• Senior programme and institutional leaders overseeing climate, sustainable finance, investment, transition, resilience, development or public-private partnership initiatives.
• Senior academic, research and technical experts with direct responsibility for influential policy, standards, frameworks or market initiatives.
