Matthew Eby is the Founder and CEO of First Street, where he has led the creation of groundbreaking physical climate risk models to measure past, present, and future risks for every U.S. property, including damage and downtime. Before founding First Street, he launched and served as CEO of Anthro, a digital marketing agency for climate-focused nonprofits. Earlier, he was SVP of Consumer and Brand Marketing at The Weather Company, overseeing The Weather Channel and related brands, and led BlackBerry’s brand marketing in EMEA. Matthew holds an Honors Business Commerce degree and an MBA from McMaster University in Canada.
