Taking place on Monday 21 September, the Forum will unite decision-makers from governments, companies, investors, cities and civil society to showcase proof of progress, successful projects underway, capital deployed and measurable results. The Climate Implementation Forum convenes a highly curated, senior-level audience to accelerate delivery, mobilise action, and build momentum ahead of COP31. The Forum is designed to engage decision-makers with the authority, influence, capital, and policy levers required to translate climate ambition into implementation. It will bring together leaders from business, finance, government, policy, civil society, and other influential stakeholder organisations to support the objectives of the Global Climate Action Agenda and advance practical, cross-sector solutions.
To preserve the quality of dialogue, relevance of participation, and opportunities for meaningful collaboration, all prospective attendees are required to submit an online application. Applicants must meet the Forum’s eligibility criteria to be considered for approval. Each application is carefully reviewed, with selection based on seniority, decision-making responsibility, professional relevance, alignment with the Forum’s objectives, and the need to ensure balanced representation across sectors and stakeholder groups.
Submitting an application does not guarantee attendance, and places are strictly limited, plus applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants will receive a status update within 5–7 working days of submission, and often sooner.

The Climate Leader Pass is a complimentary, application-only guest pass for senior leaders with decision-making authority over policy, strategy, capital allocation, or implementation of climate, sustainability, or nature solutions within their organisation.

Eligibility Criteria:
This pass is designed for senior government, regulatory, multilateral, NGO, civil society, and policy leaders with direct influence over climate, sustainable finance, investment, regulation, standards, reporting frameworks, and transition programmes. Applicants should hold clear decision-making, policy-shaping, institutional, or programme leadership responsibilities relevant to the Forum’s objectives.

Available to journalists, editors, and media professionals covering climate, sustainability, energy, nature, finance, or policy. Subject to approval and valid press credentials.
