Eligibility Criteria

The Climate Leader Pass is a complimentary, application-only guest pass for senior leaders with decision-making authority over policy, strategy, capital allocation, or implementation of climate, sustainability, or nature solutions within their organisation.

Eligible organisations and roles include:

• Companies
  Senior executives leading strategy, technology, operations, investment, or sustainability transformation.
  Eligible roles include: CEO, COO, CSO, CTO, Chair, Managing Director, Country Manager, VP Sustainability, Head of Sustainability, Head of Net Zero, Director of Decarbonisation, Director of Energy Transition, Head of Climate Strategy
• Financial Institutions
  Senior capital allocators and investment decision-makers deploying capital across public and private markets, including investment into climate solutions.
  Eligible roles include: Chief Investment Officer, Managing Partner, Partner, Investment Director, Portfolio Director, Head of Sustainable/Climate/Energy Investment, Senior Portfolio Manager, Head of Sustainable Finance
• National & Sub-national Governments
  Senior public sector officials responsible for climate policy, regulation, funding, and programme delivery, including oversight of major public climate, infrastructure, or resilience projects.
  Eligible roles include: Minister, Deputy Minister, Climate Envoy, Permanent Secretary, Director-General, Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Governor, Senior Advisor, Head of Department, Director of Climate/Energy/Sustainability/Capital Projects
• Multilateral Organisations, NGOs & Research Institutions
  Senior programme and organisational leaders shaping policy, finance, research, innovation, and institutional direction in climate-related fields.
  Eligible roles include: Executive Director, Programme Director, Regional Director, Head of Climate / Energy / Resilience, Institute Director, Head of Department
• Philanthropies & Foundations
  Senior leaders directing funding, impact strategy, or large-scale implementation of climate, nature, or sustainability programmes.
  Eligible roles include: CEO, MD, Programme Director, Head of Partnerships, Chief Impact Officer, Director of Strategic Initiatives, Head of Nature & Biodiversity Programmes.
