Climate Leader Pass Application

Climate Leader Passes are designed for senior leaders and decision-makers working at the forefront of sustainability and climate action. These complimentary passes are available to individuals who are actively shaping strategies toward net zero across sectors including business, finance, policy, and civil society. If you believe you meet the criteria outlined below, please apply. Passes are limited and subject to approval.

Eligibility Criteria

We welcome applications from senior professionals who meet one or more of the following profiles:

  • Private Sector – C-suite executives and senior leaders with heads of corporate sustainability and net zero job titles.
  • Government – Senior policymakers at the national level, as well as local or regional authorities shaping sustainability agendas.
  • UN Agencies, NGOs & Multilaterals – Senior representatives from international organisations actively engaged in climate policy and development.
  • Financial Institutions – Only senior investment professionals directly involved in managing portfolios, asset allocation, or responsible investment strategies are eligible (e.g. Chief Investment Officers, Portfolio Managers, Heads of Responsible Investment). Please note: individuals working in business development, marketing, or distribution roles do not qualify.
  • Asset Owners – Senior investment representatives from the following asset owner types:
    • Pension Funds (national, corporate, public, union)
    • Insurance Companies (general accounts only – investment side)
    • Sovereign Wealth Funds
    • Investment Consultants / Outsourced CIOs with discretionary mandates
    • Single and Multi-Family Offices
    • Endowments and Foundations
      Typical eligible job titles include: Chief Investment Officer, Director of Investments, Head of Asset Allocation, Head of Responsible Investment, Senior ESG Analyst, Portfolio Manager, CEO, CFO (case-by-case), Head of Sustainability.
  • R&D and Innovation Catalysts – Leaders from research institutions, think tanks, or innovation hubs driving climate solutions.
  • Civil Society – Influential voices and change-makers working towards a sustainable, equitable, and net zero future.
