To host a Partner Event, organisations are required to submit a short online application outlining the event’s objectives, proposed content, target audience and logistical requirements.

Dedicated Event Space
- Accommodates up to 100 delegates with theatre-style seating, including breakout space for dedicated networking and refreshments if desired (optional catering at extra cost)
- Technical Setup: Equipped with a stage to seat up to six speakers, lectern, AV, and technical support staff included (live streaming and filming not included)
Access and Passes
100 Guest Passes allocation: Receive guest passes for your delegates and staff, providing access to your event as well as visitor
access to the Innovation Zone on both days. Additional Guest Passes may be allocated within the overall registration allowance,
depending on how you choose to build your audience.
- 15% Registration overage: A 15% registration overage is included against the 100-person room capacity, allowing registrations
to reach up to 115 attendees. This allowance is designed to account for expected no-shows, cancellations and drop-outs, while
supporting strong attendance. Additional seating up to 15 max seats may be provided, where required, to help accommodate
attendance above the core seated capacity of 100. - Audience delivery support, accept up to 50 applications as part of the allocated 100 Guest Passes: Access a dedicated pre-event
application portal to review and confirm up to 50 applications from Climate Action’s network.
