Role of the Roundtable Partner

As a Roundtable partner you are the host. As the host you will have the responsibility to curate your own roundtable content, invite your own guests, confirm moderator and speakers, and manage attendance by reviewing applications through our online platform. You will need to notify applicants of their attendance status. The online platform provides the host with access to applicant data, offering valuable insights and opportunities for direct engagement with potential attendees.

Note: Roundtable access is granted through a qualified online application process managed by the host.

Intimate 60-Minute Meetings Under Chatham House Rules
Our Roundtables provide a unique opportunity for intimate, focused discussions lasting 60 minutes, accommodating a select group of 20 – 25 participants. This includes a moderator, speakers, and representatives from the Roundtable partner staff

Operating under Chatham House Rule, these sessions promote open discussion and the free exchange of ideas, ensuringconfidentiality and candor. Filming is not permitted unless agreed upon in advance, and all participants are informed

Become a Roundtable Partner

The roundtable partner will act as the host and can invite up to 15 participants. In addition, up to 15 Forum qualified delegates can secure their participation on a first come, first serve basis and join the Roundtable. Our goal for these roundtables is to facilitate new relationships and explore important topics with key stakeholders. This will promote inclusive collaboration to solve our most pressing sustainability and climate challenges. Under Chatham House Rules, the Roundtables foster an environment of open discussion and exchange. The insights gained will contribute to achieving concrete outcomes that will accelerate progress towards a net-zero, nature positive, and equitable global economy.
