The Innovation Zone provides a unique environment for organisations to host deep dive roundtable discussions to help build strategic relationships and contribute to meaningful solutions accelerating tangible climate action. Running for 60 minutes on a topic of your choice, roundtable partners benefit from turnkey event spaces, co-curated attendees, branding and registration.

Join us to host a 60-minute deep-dive discussion on a topic of your choice, and benefit from the
support, infrastructure and convening power of Climate Action.

You will take the lead curating your own session, selecting the moderator and speakers, shaping the conversation around your key priorities and inviting your guests. Climate Action will provide a turnkey event space, manage the registration process, promote the event and will help to co-curate the attendees (if wished) enabling you to expand your network of global decision-makers and innovators.

How the shared invitation model works:

  • You invite and confirm your own priority guests
  • Climate Action promotes the session to Innovation Zone attendees
  • Interested participants apply via the online platform
  • You select who attends, ensuring a strategic mix of voices and expertise.

 

Hosting a roundtable in the Innovation Zone is an ideal opportunity to demonstrate leadership, convene influential voices, and drive dialogue aligned with COP30’s objectives

Roundtable Partner Benefits

  • Partner to curate and moderate an in-person Roundtable of 60 minutes for approximately 20 people.
  • The turnkey roundtable rooms are arranged in a boardroom style and equipped with a plasma screen with HDMI input.
  • You will receive 15x guest passes to the Innovation Zone for your own attendees, and 5x staff passes. These may be used to access the Innovation Zone across all 3 days.
  • You will have access to the online platform to review and manage applications, and will be responsible for informing applicants of their attendance status. The platform also provides applicant data (only or your own roundtable), including email addresses, enabling valuable insights and direct engagement with potential attendees.
  • The Roundtable will be promoted across the Innovation Zone’s marketing and communications materials.
  • You will be credited as a Roundtable Partner within appropriate marketing materials and on relevant onsite branding, including 200-word Partner profile and URL on Innovation Zone website.
