This year, the Climate Action Innovation Zone and Sustainable Innovation Forum will operate on a complimentary, apply-to-attend basis, giving qualifying senior leaders the opportunity to join a targeted, globally representative community at COP31.
Our application process is designed to bring together decision-makers and those with the influence to shape solutions, accelerate implementation and drive positive change. By ensuring the right balance of sectors, organisations and regions, we aim to create an environment for meaningful cross-sector collaboration, high-value connections and practical insight; supporting action towards a more sustainable future for all.
Local tax regulations enable us to offer complimentary access to qualifying attendees for this year’s edition, helping broaden participation across our global community. This attendance model applies to this year and may change in future editions.

Application Review Process
- All applications are individually assessed based on seniority, personal and organisational relevance, plus the overall delegate balance and venue capacity.
- We aim to review and respond to all applications within 2 working days of your application being received and up to 5 working days. Please do not email us within this timeframe if you are waiting for a response.
- All applicants will be notified of the decision on their application and the specific category of delegate pass.
- Access remains subject to approval, event capacity and event security policies.
- You will be required to provide your email confirmation and passport or driving license on arrival.
- Blue Zone or Green Zone accreditation is not required
